Website terms of use
These terms explain the rules for using fullbound.com (“our site”). Please read them before you use it. By using our site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use our site.
In short
This summary is here to help. It isn’t part of the terms.
- Our site tells businesses about Fullbound and lets you book a call, get in touch or apply for a job.
- What’s on it is general information, not advice. Case studies show what we did for particular clients, not a promise of your results.
- If you send us anything through the site, it needs to be accurate.
- Client work runs under a separate written agreement, not these terms.
- How we use personal data is in our privacy notice.
Who we are and how to contact us
Our site is operated by Tyler Woonton, trading as Fullbound (“Fullbound”, “we”, “us”), at 2-4 Loom Street, Manchester, England, M4 6AN.
To contact us, email hello@fullbound.com.
Other terms that may apply
- Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data.
- Our cookie policy explains the cookies and browser storage our site uses.
- When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com and its own terms also apply to that service.
- These terms cover use of our site only. If you become a client, our services are provided under a separate written agreement and statement of work, which take priority over these terms and anything on our site if they conflict.
Our services, and what isn’t a contract
Fullbound builds and runs pipeline for B2B companies: the data, signals, outbound and inbound, and the RevOps that puts qualified meetings in your calendar. Our site describes those services and lets you get in touch.
Nothing on our site is an offer that you can accept. Booking a call or sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract between us. We only provide services once we’ve both signed a written agreement.
Changes to these terms and to our site
We may update these terms from time to time. Please check this page whenever you use our site, as the version in force at that time applies to you.
We may update and change our site at any time, for example to reflect changes to our services or what our clients need.
Our site is free, but we don’t guarantee it
We don’t charge for using our site. We don’t guarantee that it, or anything on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons.
We’re headquartered in the United Kingdom and work with businesses around the world. You must be 18 or over to book a call or apply for a job through our site.
How you may use material on our site
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in our site and the material on it, including text, design, illustrations, code, the Fullbound name and our logo. They are protected by copyright and other laws around the world.
You may view, print or download extracts of pages for your own reference, and share links to them. You must not:
- modify any material you’ve printed or downloaded, or use illustrations, animations or graphics separately from the text around them
- use any part of our site for commercial purposes without a licence from us
- use our name, logo or the names and logos of our clients in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that doesn’t exist
Our status, and that of any identified contributors, as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged. Client names, logos and case study details appear with those clients’ permission and remain their property.
Don’t rely on information on our site
The content on our site is general information about Fullbound and our approach. It isn’t advice you should rely on. Results in our case studies describe what we achieved for particular clients in particular circumstances; they aren’t a promise of the results we’ll achieve for you. Any commitments we make to you will be set out in a written agreement.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our site up to date, but we don’t guarantee that its content is accurate, complete or current.
Links to other sites, and AI summaries
Where our site links to other sites and resources, such as Cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram or X, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and aren’t responsible for them or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.
The “Ask AI about us” buttons open third-party AI services with a suggested question about Fullbound. The answers are generated by those services, not by us, and may be inaccurate or out of date. Please check anything important with us directly.
Our responsibility for loss or damage
Our site is free and provides general information about our business. As far as the law allows, we exclude all implied terms that might apply to it, and we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site, or from relying on anything on it. That includes loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, opportunity, goodwill or data, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can’t legally be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use our site as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Using our site properly
You must not misuse our site. In particular, you must not:
- knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
- try to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server it’s stored on, or any server, computer or database connected to it
- attack our site through a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
- use our site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to send unsolicited advertising
Doing any of these may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We’ll report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity. If this happens, your right to use our site ends immediately. We may also suspend or withdraw your access, or decline to respond to a request, if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these terms.
We take reasonable steps to protect our site and what you send through it, including encrypting data in transit. Even so, we don’t guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You’re responsible for configuring your own technology to access it, and should use your own virus protection software.
Information you send us
When you book a call, email us or apply for a role, you must make sure what you send is accurate and up to date, that you’re entitled to share it, and, if you’re contacting us on behalf of a business, that you’re authorised to do so. We’ll use it as described in our privacy notice. Work you share with a job application stays yours; we’ll use it only to assess your application.
Linking to our site
You’re welcome to link to our home page or any other page, as long as you do so in a way that is fair and legal and doesn’t damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, and you must not frame our site on any other site. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with anything about our site, email hello@fullbound.com or write to us at 2-4 Loom Street, Manchester, England, M4 6AN. We’ll acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as we can.
For complaints about how we handle personal data, see the complaints section of our privacy notice. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
General
- If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce something straight away, or delay doing so, we can still enforce it later.
- Only you and we have rights under these terms. No one else can enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
Which country’s laws apply
These terms, their subject matter and how they were formed, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of our site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you’re a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, they have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
